A lifelong Hudson Valley resident, I’ve been a journalist, ad executive and economic developer. I’ve built a unique skill set and knowledge of the economy of the region, and am putting it all to work in commercial real estate.
Being involved in regional economic development for the past 10 years, I've focused my energy on site selection, data centers, food and beverage, ecommerce/logistics. In my first year, I closed 10 commercial deals, including the sale of a 2ac parcel of land with a building in Downtown Poughkeepsie to a cinema enterprise that plans to open a 9-screen complex in the coming years - the first of its kind in the area. As an agent, I continue to cultivate these relationships, as often they support real estate transactions with incentives and other business tools.
